Ways of Knowing: Wednesday Evening Talk at CIMC

Ways of Knowing
How do we know the truth of things? Modern culture based in science and patriarchal conditioning tells us that we know everything through the mind. Our Buddhist meditation practice opens us to other ways of knowing based in the heart, the body, and even the cells. This talk will explore how cultivating these other ways of knowing can connect us more deeply with the truth of life, lean us towards liberating the mind and heart, and address the serious challenges we are facing as humans on this beloved planet.
